Losing weight after having a baby can be a drag. Especially if you're nursing and can't go on one of those fad diets (of course you really shouldn't do those anyway).
One way to lose a few pounds is to do things a little harder than you normally would. Park farther away in the parking lot to get a few extra steps in. Follow the kiddos around during the day is always a good one. Take the stairs instead of the elevator or escalator. That last one sounds kind of boring doesn't it? Well if you live in Stockholm you could have a fun experience; a musical one you might say. Check this out.
