So.  I've succumbed.  Yep, that's right folks.  I have invested in *gasp* the 30 Day Shred.  Oh, yeah, you read that right.  Jillian Michael's 30 Day Shred.  'Shred' is right.  I feel like every muscle in my body has been shredded.  I'm on day 2.  I'll be sure and update ya'll - if I can still function, that is.

Oh, I have the Shred, too... yeah, it was almost a week before I wasn't sore anymore... maybe I shouldn't tell you that? LOL! Keep up the good work! :o)
Beware of Level 3, though. Oh, man, when I went from 1 to 2, it wasn't so bad. But from 2 to 3... ooooh... sore ALL OVER AGAIN! Just warning you :o) But, the results are DEFINITELY WORTH IT!
You go girl. I've seen a lot of people get this!! I just got the Golds Gym Cardio for Wii and I"m loving it. I'm sore as can be, but loving it.

I've been hearing a lot about it and have been wondering if it'd kick me in the pants the way I need it to! *sigh* I think I need Jillian to physically come to my house and drag me, kicking and screaming, to work out.
