Quiverfull

Some people who read my blog may or may not understand why we have "so many" children.

A fellow blogger has a well-written post explaining what you may have heard called "Quiverfull".

To put it in a nutshell, it's allowing God to control your fertility or lack thereof. We are open to any and all blessings the Lord sends us, in His timing. We believe His Way is best.

To read the post go here.

Until next time...

Yes, Jen. People view children as a hindrance into the life instead of the blessings that God sends. They look to all the "problems" and "expense" involved because they fail to trust in the Lord who gives them to be powerful to provide for their needs. Also, they are so involved with their "needs" for big houses, expensive cars, name brand clothes... whatever, that they sacrifice all the joy the Lord could give them. And the children are untrained and undisciplined so that even one is so overwhelming, they can not possibly comprehend the idea of a happy, joyful and peaceful home filled with children. I will be popping over to check out that post.

Hugs,

Kat

PS.. To the comment above... couldn't get over the rude and hurtful comments of my family and sadly church members when we announced our fifth was on the way. So much so that I wouldn't tell anyone until I was five months along with number six.
