Entering the fair

Entering Chili Pepper's fair. Click on the button to read about it.
My entries:
My two oldest daughters and I entered a couple of things each at the Tennessee Valley Fair this year. I won third and fourth prizes on my two entries.

My oldest daughter (11) won second prize on both of her entries.

My second daughter (9) won first and fourth on her entries.

I was so happy for them. I tried to help them not expect anything (to help if they didn't win) and I think they were actually surprised to see that they had won. Especially ribbons on both. I was totally shocked that I had won ribbons.

It encouraged us to enter again next year.

BTW...I was going to link up to the fair on the first day, but forgot to take pictures of our things. But we got them back in time...and with ribbons to boot!!

To see other entries in this Country Fair, go to Chili Pepper's blog here.

Until next time...

Congrats! That's so awesome! I have no skills to pass on to my girls. I guess we'll have to learn together.

Gorgeous projects all around. Congratulations to you and the girls. I am trying to visit everyone and get entries into the drawing before I get to bed tonight. Check with me tonight, I hope to have the winners up.

I particularly like the pink quilt, by the way.

Hugs,

Hello!
What an awesome job you all did! Let Makenzie, and Delancey that they did an excellent job as well! Makenzie, the pants you made remind me of the ladies riding pants of the 1900'. And great job on the detailing on the side! Delancey, your baby doll dress is just stunning! Good work!
