My birthday is this week. And you know what?
One of YOU is going to get a gift! That's right. For my birthday, I'm going to have a giveaway!
What is it? Well, that's part of the fun, you see. A person usually doesn't know what they are getting for their birthday. And that's going to be the case here. I'll give you a hint...you read it.
I know, I know, I practically gave the whole thing away. But trust me, you'll like it. Especially if you entered any of my other giveaways recently. (hint, hint)

I just tried the most wonderful recipe for pancakes today.
You really have to give them a try -- sooooo fluffy!

I doubled the recipe, and that made enough for me and my little man (with 7 leftover), but you'll likely need to at least triple it for everyone to get some, lol.

Today is my birthday... it feels weird to say I'm 25.
We have yucky, dreary, gloomy weather today -- almost every year on my birthday, that's how the weather is.
It's just early spring, though, so I can't complain, lol.
Let me know how those pancakes turn out for you.
We had the leftovers for breakfast this morning, and they were still nice and fluffy (we reheat in the toaster, and I think that makes a big difference).
I guess I'll have to send you the biscuit recipe I use since you said you don't have a dependable one.

Oh, I just wanted to say, you'll have to let us know when you get a good "feeling" about this one.
I didn't have a feeling with my first, but I did with the second (which I miscarried)... I still think it was a girl. I don't know. Just something in me tells me it was, so that's what I choose to believe.
With this one, I don't know if I had a "feeling" exactly, but from the beginning, I was kinda thinking boy.
My little man has already told the doctor that this baby is his brother, and then next he's going to have a sister. :o)
I hope he's right, because the OCD part of me would love things to be even like that... well, the next two would have to be girls to even out, but that's what I'm hoping for. We'll see. :o)
