Just make your favorite waffle mix. Preferably one that doesn't already have extra stuff added in. Then after you pour the waffle mix in the iron (a Belgium Waffle iron works best; makes them thick and rich), throw on the chocolate chips. I've found that I like the mini-chips better than regular size. Instead of syrup like I mentioned above, use powdered sugar to top it off. Yum! Makes an otherwise ordinary breakfast appealing to anyone.

Enjoy!
Until next time...

yuuuuuum!
I thought about collecting spoons. I started with keepsake spoons of my boys and even have mine when I was a baby. They are all engraved and sitting in a spoon shelf. I run across more and am tempted to buy them. Now, I am inspired to do it. Thank you!
By the way, where did your grow up in Oklahoma? The lurkers are coming on from my facebook page. So those friends aren't telling me they are reading my blog. :)
