Word-filled Wednesday - Matthew 6:28-29

And why take ye thought for raiment? Consider the lilies of the field, how they grow; they toil not, neither do they spin:
And yet I say unto you, That even Solomon in all his glory was not arrayed like one of these. Matthew 6:28-29

Just a reminder of how much God cares for us. As I plan my gardens, both flower and vegetable, I grow amazed at the beauty and wonder of God's creation. It's so wonderful how much variety there is in both the practical fruits and vegetables, and the beauty of flowers that one can only look at. Of course the really neat thing is that some flowers are used in herbal remedies and can be used in teas. So, the next time you see the daffodils growing along the roadside, thank God for His provision and love.
